Dont update to 1.7 yet!

That error means you are using the wrong client version for our server.

You need to downgrade / rollback to the previous version.  In the future, do not update to the newest version before trying to connect to the server.

Download  previous version:

How to downgrade (for Windows):

1. Hit the Start button.  Click inside the white search box.
2. Type: %AppData%\.minecraft\bin
3. A folder will open.
4. Copy over the minecraft.jar from the download above into the folder that just opened, and overwrite the existing file.

Now you can play!  Go run the Minecraft.exe file that you normally do.
Updating when we move to the new version

Go to your minecraft folder in step #2 above, and delete the “version” file.  Then run Minecraft.exe and update the client to the new version.  You will now be able to connect to the new version of the server.

It will take around 1-3 weeks for the server and all the plugins to be working with their new updates. So please be patient.  It is a long of fixes that need to be updated.
